Once again @SoftLayer disappoints with their lack of support for a long time customer. Refusing to install a server in my private rack.
I see @SoftLayer is selling hard but delivering softly. Unable to update or log issues Control Panel ofr a day now.
When I first used @SoftLayer I was so impressed with the speed and their automation; deploying a server now is just sooo painfully slow…
Customer service @SoftLayer is a big joke , they never know what they are talking about and managed services only for billing above 2500$.
Wish @SoftLayer supported Linux virtual instance templates with logical volume manager on the primary drive. We love LVM
